About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated

Operations Manager

with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operations within the

medical technology/healthcare sector

. The role requires a strong background in

shipping, logistics, accounting, customer support, and sales support

, as well as proven experience in companies delivering

hardware (HW) products

.

This is a cross-functional leadership position that ensures smooth day-to-day operations while enabling scalability and efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership \& Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the teams responsible for

shipping, logistics, accounting support, customer support, and sales support

.

  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for each functional area.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and serve as the escalation point for operational issues.
  • Drive professional development and build a high-performing operations team.

Shipping \& Logistics Oversight

  • Supervise the logistics team handling international/domestic shipping, customs, and freight.
  • Ensure effective vendor management and continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee policies, procedures, and systems for warehouse and inventory management.

Accounting \& Finance Support Oversight

  • Oversee the accounting support team handling purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Ensure financial compliance, accurate reporting, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with the finance department to monitor budgets and operational expenditures.

Customer Support Oversight

  • Direct the customer support team to deliver high-quality service and meet SLAs.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction).
  • Implement customer feedback loops to improve service and product experience.

Sales Support Oversight

  • Manage the sales support team in order processing, documentation, and client coordination.
  • Align sales support activities with sales strategy and company goals.
  • Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and product teams.

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Develop and enforce standardized processes and best practices across departments.
  • Report operational performance, risks, and improvements to executive leadership.
  • Act as a key partner to the leadership team in scaling the business and supporting growth.

Requirements

  • 5\+ years

of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.

  • Experience in a

high-tech company

(medical devices/healthcare sector preferred).

  • Strong background in

companies delivering hardware products

.

  • Solid knowledge of

logistics, supply chain, and shipping procedures

.

  • Hands-on experience with

accounting support

and ERP/CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in

medical devices, biotech, or healthcare technology

.

  • Familiarity with

FDA and TAX

regulations from a logistics perspective

  • Track record of scaling operations in a growing company.
