Job Description

We're seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media Content Creator to help develop engaging content and campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role combines creative execution with strategic thinking, requiring someone who understands how strong content, compelling visuals, and platform-specific storytelling contribute to broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate has agency experience, a passion for social media, and a strong understanding of how to measure content performance and optimize results.

This role is hybrid in the Fort. Worth area with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies that support client marketing and business objectives.
  • Create engaging visual and multimedia content across a variety of social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Concept, design, and produce social assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Write compelling copy tailored to different audiences, industries, and brand voices.
  • Partner with account, strategy, creative, and media teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and day-to-day social execution across multiple accounts.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep client programs fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance, leveraging key metrics to inform recommendations and improve results.
  • Support community engagement efforts and contribute to ongoing audience growth initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that elevate client work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3\+ years of experience creating social media content within an agency, brand, or marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and industries.
  • Experience creating graphics, video, and other digital content using industry-standard creative tools.
  • Understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and content performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C brands is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid social, influencer campaigns, and digital advertising concepts is preferred.
