Role Overview:-

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ERPNext Python Developer with a strong understanding of ERPNext and the Frappe framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing ERP solutions tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

-

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules using Python and Frappe framework
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ERPNext
• Design and implement new features, reports, and integrations
• Customize forms, workflows, scripts, and dashboards in ERPNext
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing applications
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems via APIs
• Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
• Collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
• Provide technical documentation and user support during implementation and post-go-live

Required Skills \& Qualifications:-

• Strong experience in Python development (3–7 years)
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
• Good understanding of ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)
• Experience in REST APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
• Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:-

• Hardware Integrations like weighbridge, CCTV
• Experience in ERP implementations (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Exposure to cloud deployment and server management
• Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain
• Experience working in client-facing roles
• AI integration and automation in user workflow
• Open source contributions

Soft Skills:-
