We are seeking a highly driven Vendor Manager to help us expand and strengthen our product portfolio across leading marketplaces in India.

Role Overview

The Vendor Manager will be responsible for continuously identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with brands, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. The goal is to expand our assortment, improve sourcing efficiency, and unlock new marketplace growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously source and onboard new brands, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers across India
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term collaboration
  • Identify high-potential product categories and emerging brand opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and trade terms to ensure profitability
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and catalog integration
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely supply, quality, and compliance
  • Support expansion into new categories and marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential suppliers and continuously grow vendor base

Required Skills \& Experience

  • Experience in vendor management, sourcing, procurement, or business development
  • Strong understanding of retail/e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers across different regions and categories
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on margins and profitability
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
