Help build seamless digital experiences that make it easier for customers to complete applications with confidence. You will work across product, design, and technology to deliver features that improve clarity, speed, and customer outcomes.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital, you support a digital experience that lets customers view application status, upload documents, sign electronically, resume saved applications, and respond to pending actions. You translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and user stories, partner with stakeholders to meet risk and control expectations, and drive delivery through agile execution. You also help ensure quality at release and support ongoing monitoring of production performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Research existing capabilities and recommend enhancements to meet customer and business needs.
- Gather and analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and alignment to standards.
- Define and prioritize requirements based on customer needs, business value, and delivery constraints.
- Partner with risk and control stakeholders to ensure requirements meet legal and risk expectations.
- Collaborate with design and experience partners to shape user journeys and interface specifications.
- Break work into epics and user stories that deliver measurable value within planned releases.
- Partner with technology teams through refinement and desk checks to improve acceptance criteria and reduce defects.
- Drive delivery against sprint and release goals by managing dependencies, timelines, and readiness.
- Prioritize defects using severity guidelines and analytics; drive timely resolution or documented risk acceptance.
- Support rollout planning and requirements for controlled customer release of new capabilities.
- Validate features at release and support ongoing control checks and production issue triage.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 3\+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or related roles with demonstrated technical delivery.
- Experience working in agile teams and across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Strong requirements writing and communication skills, including clear acceptance criteria.
- Experience with service-based architectures, including application programming interfaces and microservices.
- Proven track record delivering new features and improving customer experiences.
- Ability to prioritize work based on business needs, customer impact, and delivery timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Ability to operate effectively under tight timelines with sound judgment.
