Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on ground-up and renovation projects across a range of sectors including commercial, municipal, and educational.

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients
• Maintain project schedule and proactively address delays
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 5\+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience with ground-up and/or major renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
