About Oaklin Lane

Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

What you’ll do

• Help PTs and PTAs prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions
• Support therapists during sessions — managing equipment and keeping the environment safe
• Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day
• Help with patient flow, including walking families to and from treatment areas
• Keep an eye on inventory and flag when supplies need to be restocked
• Help keep the clinic feeling like a place kids actually want to be
• Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s culture
• Pitch in on admin and operational support as needed

Who you are

You are:

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Interested in pediatric healthcare, PT, kinesiology, or a related field
• Great with kids, or excited to be
• A strong teammate who brings good energy to every session
• Physically able to lift, move, and assist with equipment safely

You bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children (a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What to expect

• Schedule:

Full-time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekends

• Stipend for medical, vision, and dental
