Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Senior User Experience Designer. The Senior UX Designer will lead and execute user-centered design processes, including conducting user research, creating detailed wireframes and prototypes, and designing intuitive user experiences. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling designs and ensure alignment with client goals. Additional responsibilities include advocating for design thinking principles and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive innovation and exceptional user outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Design Thinking and problem-solving to address complex business and user challenges.
  • Proficiency in User Research methodologies and the ability to gather and analyze user insights effectively.
  • Expertise in User Experience (UX) and Prototyping, including creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions.
  • Advanced Visual Design skills for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with teams and present ideas effectively.
  • Experience managing projects and leading design initiatives at a senior level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or in a consultancy environment is a plus.
