About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence a wide array of design projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment. You will work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives. Your responsibilities will include designing web and mobile interfaces, branding elements, illustrations, infographics, and supporting multimedia projects such as videos and animations. This position requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguous projects, offering creative solutions, and mentoring junior team members. You will have the chance to make a tangible impact by creating designs that resonate with users and elevate our digital presence. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or a related field
  • 7\+ years of experience in digital design roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring team members
  • Comfort working in an Agile environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
  • Interest in research-driven design and user-centered solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to develop innovative visual concepts aligned with company strategies
  • Lead high-visibility projects, creating multiple design options and guiding cross-functional teams through iterative feedback processes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other creative team members
  • Stay current with design trends in color, typography, UI, and UX to ensure modern and engaging interfaces
  • Design and refine web and mobile user interfaces, illustrations, infographics, logos, and branding elements
  • Develop comprehensive branding systems, style guides, and design resources to maintain consistency across projects
  • Represent the creative team in cross-departmental initiatives, managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Research target audiences to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement
  • Contribute to multimedia projects, including video and animation support, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling
  • Participate actively in group discussions, providing constructive feedback and innovative solutions
