Randstad Digital’s consulting practice is supporting a large enterprise organization delivering technology solutions across complex operational and customer-facing platforms within a regulated environment. This engagement supports ongoing digital delivery initiatives focused on improving collaboration, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity across multiple product teams.

We are seeking experienced Senior Scrum Masters who can effectively lead Agile teams, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and support consistent delivery outcomes within fast-paced enterprise programs.

This is a 6-month contract engagement supporting a high-visibility client initiative with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile delivery teams across concurrent workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices to improve delivery consistency and team effectiveness.
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery leadership to support backlog prioritization and sprint readiness.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments while managing risks and dependencies across teams.
• Support collaboration between engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
• Drive transparency through delivery metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate work across distributed onshore and offshore teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience supporting Agile delivery teams, including 3\+ years serving as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• Ability to identify delivery risks and proactively drive resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting large enterprise programs or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile delivery models or hybrid Agile frameworks.
• Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams.
