Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Marketing Associate to develop and execute our marketing and product strategy. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Marketing and Digital Marketing with Social Media experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on marketing materials to enhance brand awareness.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee content creation for various channels (blogs, white papers, etc.).
• Manage social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Optimize the company website for SEO and increase organic traffic.
• Organize marketing events and webinars to engage clients.
• Analyse marketing metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build relationships with industry analysts to boost company visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, especially in IT/SaaS.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media).
• Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in organizing marketing events.
• Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
• Proactive with a strong desire to contribute to company growth.

Pay: $26\.60 - $35\.00 per hour
