Investment Banking Analyst

Blacklock is partnered with a leading Media and Entertainment focused investment bank looking to add an Analyst to the firm’s Los Angeles or New York office. The Analyst is an integral part of the deal team and will work directly with senior bankers on a variety of client engagements, including sell and buy-side M\&A and capital raises.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, accounting, corporate

strategy or financial valuation

• Experience within the entertainment industry is a plus but not required

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Understanding of finance, accounting, financial modeling and M\&A

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
