Mission
We are looking for a strategic and transformational leader to join our Global Procurement team.
This role will be
responsible for designing, governing, standardizing, and continuously improving the global Procurement operating model across regions.
The position will play a key role in driving process excellence, digital transformation, governance, compliance, and change management initiatives while ensuring alignment with business needs and global standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the standardization of Procurement processes and best practices across regions.
- Define and continuously improve the global Procurement operating model.
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within Procurement.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process redesign and technology adoption.
- Develop and maintain Procurement policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls.
- Lead change management initiatives related to process, organizational, and system changes.
- Manage documentation, procedures, and global process standards.
- Support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of digital Procurement tools and ERP platforms.
- Develop KPI frameworks, analytics, dashboards, and performance governance mechanisms.
- Lead a team of three direct reports while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 12-15 years
of relevant professional experience in
Procurement, Process Management, or Supply Chain Operations
.Experience leading process standardization initiatives at regional or global level.
- 8\+years
of experience, with proven experience
leading and developing teams
, and driving initiatives within
global or matrixed organizations
- 5\+ years
specifically focused on
process design, standardization, or system implementation
at a regional or global level.
- Procurement process mapping and documentation, Implementation or optimization of
digital procurement tools,
managing continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Advanced English.
