  • Serving as the first point of contact for vendor management topics within GDC, actively aligning with VMO account managers, Procurement, and Legal.
  • Installing and managing vendor governance, including cadence, agenda, decision logs, and follow-ups for performance, service quality, value for money, and remediation plans.
  • Coordinating DORA/TPRM deliverables with case coordinators, ensuring timely and complete evidence for risk assessments, exit strategies, and register updates.

  • Safeguarding contract compliance, including SLAs, KPIs, security/privacy clauses, and cloud requirements, while preparing and guiding renewals and scope changes.

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure domains, including datacenter compute, storage, and networking, is necessary, along with the ability to translate technical context into process decisions.

  • An efficient selection process is important for both of us, so we try to make it as fast as possible, and even if you are not selected we will give you a detailed feedback.
