Sol-Millennium Medical Group is a global healthcare company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality medical devices that support safe and effective patient care. Our products serve hospitals, healthcare systems, distributors, veterinary groups, government health departments, and other clinical partners across global markets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead and strengthen supply chain operations for the NACA region. This role is responsible for ensuring finished products move efficiently into the United States, through the domestic distribution network, and onward to customers in a timely, cost-effective, and service-oriented manner.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in domestic supply chain operations, warehousing, 3PL management, outbound logistics, finished goods inventory, and vendor negotiation. This role also requires close collaboration with global supply chain partners, particularly teams in Shanghai, to support inbound freight decisions, inventory planning, forecasting, lead times, and service levels that directly impact the NACA business.

This is a practical, execution-focused leadership role for someone who can operate close to the details, use data to improve performance, build trust across teams, and drive meaningful improvements in cost, service, inventory health, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Execution \& Customer Service

  • Lead NACA supply chain operations with a focus on finished goods, inventory flow, warehousing, and outbound delivery to customers.
  • Ensure products move efficiently from suppliers into the U.S. and through the domestic distribution network.
  • Partner with internal teams to support on-time, in-full delivery and strong customer service levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead times, reduce costs, increase visibility, and strengthen overall supply chain performance.

Warehouse, 3PL \& Logistics Performance

  • Manage warehouse, 3PL, freight, and carrier performance to improve accuracy, throughput, service, and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate and manage trucking, warehousing, and logistics arrangements to support business needs.
  • Drive improvements in outbound logistics and warehouse operations to reduce inefficiencies and improve customer delivery.
  • Support healthier inventory levels by helping reduce excess, slow-moving, or poorly positioned inventory.

Global Collaboration \& Inbound Freight

  • Work closely with Shanghai-based sourcing, procurement, and logistics teams on inbound freight decisions that impact NACA cost, lead time, inventory, and service levels.
  • Support freight forwarder and carrier decisions by balancing cost, capacity, and delivery timing.
  • Improve visibility into freight costs, shipping decisions, and inventory impacts.
  • Build strong communication routines and trust between NACA and global supply chain partners.

Forecasting, Inventory \& Business Partnership

  • Partner with Sales, Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to support accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Use data to identify inventory risks, service gaps, cost concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help balance customer demand, lead times, warehouse capacity, and business priorities to support healthier inventory levels.
  • Communicate regional forecast needs clearly to global supply chain partners.

Team Leadership \& Cross-Functional Accountability

  • Lead, coach, and develop NACA supply chain and logistics team members.
  • Set clear priorities, goals, and expectations for the team.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and timely communication across functions and regions.
  • Build credibility with stakeholders through transparency, follow-through, and data-based decision-making.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5\+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with hands-on experience in domestic supply chain operations, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and finished goods distribution.
  • Experience managing or partnering closely with 3PLs, warehouse providers, freight forwarders, carriers, or logistics partners.
  • Strong understanding of outbound logistics, customer delivery, inventory flow, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience using data to evaluate cost, lead time, inventory, service levels, and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external partners and drive practical operational improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.

Preferred

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare products, distribution, finished goods, retail, manufacturing, or another high-SKU operational environment.
  • Experience working with products sourced from Asia or with international supply chain partners.
  • Experience with demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, or MRP concepts.
  • Lean operations, Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement experience.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced supply chain, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Comfort with supply chain systems, analytics tools, and emerging technology, including AI-enabled planning or reporting tools.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will include improved supply chain visibility, stronger warehouse and logistics performance, healthier inventory levels, better collaboration between NACA and global supply chain partners, and clear accountability around cost, lead time, service levels, and operational execution.

The successful candidate will help create more structure, trust, and predictability across the NACA supply chain while supporting the broader business goal of delivering products to customers efficiently and reliably.
