Senior Project Manage

r to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise security projects across Germany, based in and around Frankfurt. Responsible for managing complex installations, including

access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and integrated command-and-control system

s, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client standards.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise security projects
• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
• Act as key client contact for stakeholders and contractors
• Oversee technical delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, and commercial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and health \& safety standards

The Person

• 8\+ years project management experience
• 5\+ years delivering enterprise-level security systems
• Strong experience with large-scale, high-value projects (€2M)
• Knowledge of integrated security platforms (access control, CCTV, alarms)
• Strong stakeholder, commercial, and leadership skills
• PMP / PRINCE2 prefer
• Conversational German with English fluency required
