Client Operations Lead / Senior Product Operations Manager - New York City (5 days onsite)

I’m currently partnered with a rapidly growing AI-driven company transforming pharmaceutical marketing and commercialization. They’re building cutting-edge technology that enables life sciences organizations to launch campaigns significantly faster and more efficiently than traditional models.

Following substantial growth, they’re looking to hire a Client Operations Lead to help scale operational excellence across their commercial engagement organization.

🔹 Overview

This is a high-impact operational leadership role focused on building scalable processes across commercial, creative, medical, and engineering teams. The position is ideal for someone with deep pharmaceutical agency experience who enjoys optimizing workflows, improving delivery operations, and driving efficiency across enterprise client accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable client operations and delivery playbooks
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial engagement, creative, medical, and engineering teams
  • Monitor and coordinate operational workflows to ensure timely execution and delivery of client requests
  • Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide operational insights to leadership and product teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and operational meetings
  • Standardize processes across 20\+ enterprise pharmaceutical accounts
  • Improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality client delivery at scale
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support rapid company growth

🔹 Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience within pharmaceutical marketing agencies in operations, delivery, or product leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, creative workflows, and client delivery operations
  • Proven experience building and implementing scalable operational processes
  • Experience managing personnel and coordinating large cross-functional teams
  • Background supporting large life sciences accounts, ideally across multiple $1M\+ accounts
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Analytical and highly quantitative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work onsite in NYC 5 days per week
