Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery \& Governance
- Lead
end‑to‑end project delivery
from initiation through closure, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
- Mobilize projects by defining
objectives, governance frameworks, RACI, and delivery plans
- Maintain clear project governance, including
Steering Committees and stakeholder reporting
- Ensure a
single source of truth
for project status with concise, executive‑ready updates
Execution \& Delivery Management
- Drive delivery against plan, managing:
- Resources
- Dependencies
- Risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (
RAID
)
- Track project financials, including
forecasting, cost control, and benefits realization
- Identify risks early and provide
data‑driven recommendations
to ensure a “no surprises” delivery environment
- Lead
project recovery efforts
when required, including re‑baselining plans and executing turnaround strategies
Stakeholder \& Vendor Management
- Build strong relationships across
Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance, and IT teams
- Manage
third‑party vendors and partners
, including contracts, deliverables, and milestones
- Collaborate with
Business Change teams
on communications, training, and adoption
Leadership \& Collaboration
- Lead cross‑functional teams across
global and distributed environments
- Drive effective
ways of working
, coaching team members and ensuring delivery standards
- Act as a key bridge between
business and technical teams
Required Experience
- 15\+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong background in
commodity trading and/or financial services
- Good understanding of
trade lifecycle processes
, especially middle and back office
- Experience delivering
complex, global technology programs
- Proven success managing
third‑party vendors and delivery partners
- Track record of
recovering challenged or high‑risk projects
- Experience working in
Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Hands‑on experience with
Jira or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification (preferred)

within regulated environments
