2\. About the Opportunity:

The HR Manager will lead and implement human resources strategies critical to supporting the organization’s global growth. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with international labor laws, and foster talent development and retention. The position is central to scaling the workforce efficiently and maintaining consistent HR practices across regions.

3\. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Support scaling of global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC
  • Manage employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Guide conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Ensure consistent policy application across regions
  • Oversee performance management including goal setting and reviews
  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support career development and succession planning
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams on hiring strategies and candidate experience
  • Support onboarding for global hires
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across regions
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
  • Partner with legal and external advisors as needed
  • Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and annual reviews
  • Manage benefits programs across regions
  • Provide guidance on pay equity and market competitiveness
  • Oversee ATS and HRIS systems ensuring data integrity
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover and engagement
  • Support international assignments, visas, and remote workforce policies
  • Ensure compliance with cross-border employment regulations
  • Partner with finance on contractor versus employee classifications

4\. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 to 8\+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT services or consulting
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region teams, with EMEA/APAC preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law and exposure to international HR practices
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments preferred
  • Familiarity with global payroll and compliance vendors preferred

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The base salary range for this position is $100,000\.00 – $150,000\.00 annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary the organization believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
