Product Owner

What You’ll DoResponsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from product discovery through delivery and post-release optimization.
• Drive product strategy and execution for core platform capabilities and user-facing features.
• Work closely with stakeholders, Engineering, Design, QC, and leadership teams to define product priorities and roadmap direction.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into:
• Clear and actionable product specifications
• Well-defined user stories
• Clear acceptance criteria
• Prioritized execution plans
• Lead backlog management and ensure alignment between product goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to balance:
• User experience
• Platform scalability
• System performance
• Long-term maintainability
• Drive product decisions based on data, user feedback, operational insights, and business impact analysis.
• Facilitate product discussions, requirement clarification sessions, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Identify process gaps and continuously improve product workflows, communication efficiency, and overall delivery quality.
• Support cross-team alignment in a fast-changing startup environment with multiple parallel priorities.
• Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve product research, planning, requirement analysis, prioritization, documentation, and execution efficiency.

RequirementsMust Have

• 5\+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or other closely related product-focused roles.
• Proven experience working closely with software engineering teams in product-driven environments.
• Strong ability to:
• Drive product execution independently.
• Prioritize strategically in rapidly changing environments.
• Manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured and actionable solutions.
• Strong understanding of:
• Agile/Scrum product development
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Product prioritization frameworks
• Cross-functional collaboration and delivery workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in fast-paced startup environments with rapid iteration cycles.
