You will build and scale Dave Bailey’s personal brand at Founder Coach from scratch, owning the entire content lifecycle from ideation to high-impact distribution. This hybrid strategic-execution role focuses on creating a "conversion-first" engine across YouTube, Instagram, and podcasts to reach venture-backed CEOs and drive measurable business results for the firm.

What You Will Do

• Lead the full content engine across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and podcasts, producing a high-frequency output of monthly long-form videos and weekly shorts.
• Film long-form content in-person with Dave Bailey, managing all logistics, gear, and production while spinning out platform-native shorts and written assets.
• Manage a network of freelancers and vendors to ensure quality control, while building repeatable systems and reporting on conversion-focused metrics.

The ideal candidate

• 5\+ years of hands-on experience in video, social, and written content with a track record of scaling audience growth for a creator or brand.
• Technical mastery of YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including filming, editing, and navigating platform-specific algorithms and packaging trends.
• A deep curiosity for business and entrepreneurship, capable of translating complex leadership insights into high-value content for a sophisticated executive audience.
