Classification and Compensation Analyst

We're searching for someone with experience in classification and compensation, market studies, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay scale design, and job description development. In this role, you will:

• Perform job analyses and evaluations for County and School Division employees.

• Conduct classification reviews and market studies from a variety of sources.

• Make recommendations for classifications and salary adjustments.

• Create and update job descriptions and classification specifications.

• Conduct desk audits and evaluate jobs to determine the appropriate pay grade.

• Prepare classification and compensation reports, salary surveys, and market pay.

• Perform related tasks as required.
