where you’ll own platform architecture, infrastructure, and AI-driven systems while leading a small, high-performing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the technical direction and the engineering culture as the company scales.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of

AI-native systems

, including agent-based architectures and intelligent development workflows.

• Own platform infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across cloud environments.
• Build and evolve

AI-assisted engineering pipelines

, including automated code generation, review, and evaluation systems.

• Oversee

AWS infrastructure

across multiple environments, ensuring performance and operational excellence.

• Maintain and improve

security and compliance frameworks

in line with enterprise standards.

• Establish best practices for observability, monitoring, and system reliability.
• Act as a

player-coach

, contributing directly to code while mentoring and leading a small engineering team.

• Drive hiring, onboarding, and development of engineers as the team grows.

What You Will Need:

• 7\+ years of experience in

software engineering

, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Strong experience building and scaling systems in

AWS cloud environments

.

• Proven experience working within

regulated or enterprise environments

(e.g., fintech, healthcare, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with

AI systems, LLMs, or agent-based architectures

.

• Strong proficiency in

programming languages such as Python and Go

.

• Strong understanding of platform architecture, infrastructure, and system design.
• Experience leading engineers and fostering high-performance team environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

• Experience building

AI-assisted developer tools or internal platforms

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK, or similar).
• Experience working in

early-stage startups or scaling teams

.

• Exposure to security, compliance, or audit frameworks in enterprise systems.
