About the Opportunity
Stable10 are currently partnering with a premium direct-to-consumer apparel and lifestyle brand that is continuing to invest heavily in its digital customer experience.
Following several years of sustained growth, the business is looking to hire its first dedicated Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of its ecommerce experience. This is a highly visible role that will work across Product, Ecommerce, Engineering, Creative and Marketing, with the opportunity to influence how UX evolves as the business continues to scale.
The company has historically partnered with external agencies for UX support, but is now looking to bring this capability in-house as they prepare for a broader website evolution and continued investment in digital.
The Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end UX/UI role with broad ownership across the customer journey.
You'll be responsible for identifying friction points, improving usability, validating ideas through research and testing, and designing experiences that balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into intuitive digital experiences while helping establish scalable UX processes, design systems and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI initiatives across web and mobile ecommerce experiences.
- Design customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and customer journey analysis.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Creative and Ecommerce teams to prioritise opportunities.
- Use analytics and customer insights to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Help shape UX processes and ways of working as the function continues to mature.
What We're Looking For
- 5\+ years' experience within UX, Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product or ecommerce design.
- Experience designing customer-facing ecommerce experiences.
- Comfortable conducting user research, usability testing and journey mapping.
- Strong prototyping and interaction design skills using Figma.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of how UX influences customer behaviour and conversion.
- Experience within apparel, fashion, luxury retail or consumer brands.
Nice to Have
- Experience contributing to website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives.
- Design systems experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Why This Role?
- Opportunity to become the first dedicated UX hire within a growing digital team.
- Broad ownership across the customer experience rather than a narrow product area.
- Highly collaborative environment with direct exposure to senior leadership.
- Opportunity to influence the direction of UX as the business continues to invest in digital.
- Fully remote position with occasional travel for planning and collaboration.
