Eden Rose is partnering with a Top 20 Law Firm on hiring multiple tax associates for their team in NYC.

They are seeking a talented M\&A Tax Associate with between 3–6 years’ experience to advise on high-profile corporate transactions for major private equity sponsors, public companies, and strategic buyers across industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity transactions.
• Provide structuring advice for cross-border and domestic deals.
• Draft and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents.
• Collaborate with corporate/M\&A teams and other practice groups to deliver integrated deal advice.
• Research and analyze federal, state, and international tax issues impacting transactions.
