Area Operations Manager (F&B)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional to oversee multi-unit F\&B operations and lead teams towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple outlet operations

• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

• Lead and develop high-performing teams

• Ensure operational consistency and SOP compliance

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and business performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-outlet hospitality/F\&B operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Commercially driven with strong operational knowledge

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
