Data Science Director

Our Company is seeking a Data Sciences Director with the strategic thinking of an Insurance Operations Manager and the analytical depth to run a team to extract business-critical insights from complex data ecosystems. This highly visible role won't be embedded in Actuarial or Reporting departments, but partner closely with them. The core responsibility is to translate data into actionable strategies for the Executive Leadership Team. The position will leverage understanding of actuarial principles, financial performance drivers, and operational metrics to surface insights, uncover hidden trends, and propose innovative data interrogations that influence decision-making at the highest levels of our organization. This is not a remote role; it will work from one of our offices located in Ridgeland, MS; Little Rock, AR; Columbia, SC; Baton Rouge, LA; Gainesville, FL.
