Job Description

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a fast-growing communications company supporting mission-critical operations to identify a Digital Marketing Manager. This individual will lead data-driven digital marketing initiatives focused on generating qualified leads and driving measurable revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing professional with SaaS experience who can translate insights from marketing technology and customer behavior into actionable strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue-focused digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and support sales growth.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, paid media, and retargeting campaigns to increase pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Own and continuously improve website performance, functionality, and user experience to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Track customer behavior and engagement across digital channels to identify high-intent prospects.
  • Build targeted campaigns using insights from CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure marketing-generated leads are captured, qualified, and efficiently routed to the sales team.
  • Monitor campaign performance and measure impact on pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns using data-driven insights and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing within a SaaS environment (preferably small to mid-size companies).
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid digital campaigns, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience building, optimizing, and continuously improving website performance and user experience to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Ability to connect marketing activity to sales outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong campaign optimization skills.
