About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of the senior team, driving bold, creative marketing and helping take AS Colour’s global success story to an even greater global scale!

From big-picture strategy to hands-on execution, you’ll lead campaigns across digital, social, retail and customer channels. Blending creativity, culture and data-driven thinking, you’ll grow brand awareness, build customer engagement and strengthen our connection with the global AS Colour community.

What you will do:

• Play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering AS Colour’s global marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and content across HubSpot, social media, EDMs, Google, influencer, video and paid media channels.
• Own marketing and content calendars, ensuring campaigns and key brand moments are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Drive paid media activity across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
• Grow brand awareness, audience reach and engagement while building meaningful connections with our global community.
• Lead campaign reporting, performance analysis and customer insights, using data to identify opportunities and optimise results.
• Partner with international markets, retail teams and key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital and traditional marketing activity.
• Support store openings, events and key retail initiatives through campaign planning, asset delivery and clear communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, community partners and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee HubSpot marketing activity, including automation, workflows, customer journeys, email campaigns, acquisition, remarketing and reporting.
• Lead, support and develop our Digital Marketing Coordinator and Community Manager \& Social Media Specialist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4 years \+ experience in social media, communications, marketing or a creative agency environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience using HubSpot, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital platforms.
• Confidence building and managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A positive, team-first approach and a genuine commitment to contributing to a strong team culture.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a fast-paced workload.
• The right to live and work in New Zealand permanently.
