Great opportunity to be the top engineering and maintenance leader in a rapidly-expanding food manufacturer!

Responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of manufacturing systems and industrial equipment within a food manufacturing environment. This role provides engineering and technical leadership to support operational excellence while ensuring full compliance with OSHA, BRC, USDA, HACCP, GMP, SOP, and SSOP requirements. The position focuses on equipment reliability, process optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to support audit-ready plant operations.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• BS degree in Engineering equivalent years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• 10\+ years of experience in an engineering role within a a food Processing and packaging environment, USDA environment is preferred
• 10\+ years of experience in project management leading equipment installation
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and automated systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze equipment and operational data to drive improvements
• Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
• TPM, lean or similar CI program exposure
