Forms/Checklist Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive forms, checklists, and data entry interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement dynamic form behavior, validations, and conditional workflows.
• Create reporting frameworks and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
• Integrate forms with backend APIs, databases, and reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency across applications.
• Optimize form performance and user experience across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing forms and reporting modules.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing dynamic web forms and checklist-based applications.
• Knowledge of form validation techniques and responsive design principles.
• Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, or custom reporting frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or jQuery.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and reporting platforms.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in HTML-based application development, forms creation, and reporting solutions.
