This isn't an account management role in disguise, and it's not a "sit and wait for leads" job either. Coordinated Business Systems is looking for someone in the Willmar area who's ready to bet on themselves, because the structure here rewards exactly that.

What You'll Do

• Own a West Central Minnesota territory and grow it like it's your own business
• Get out and meet people: local business owners, office managers, decision makers, and actually build relationships with them
• Figure out what's really slowing a business down and match them with the right office tech and workflow solution
• Build a pipeline that keeps growing, not one that runs dry every quarter
• Turn first deals into long-term relationships and referrals (this is where reputation really pays off in a market like this)
• Work with our internal team to make sure clients get the right fit, not just a sale

You'll be selling office technology and document management solutions -- and yes, the commission is uncapped.
