Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized Project Manager who can focus on bridging the gap between technical teams and client satisfaction. A PM with excellent customer success experience and knowledge. One of our premier clients, a fast-growing software company (SaaS) in the retail and manufacturing sectors, is expanding the customer success team. This job is an opportunity for candidates who want to own end-to-end delivery, work cross-functionally with engineering and sales, and build deep, lasting relationships with enterprise clients.

Technical Project Manager (Customer Success/SaaS)

Compensation:

$80,000 - $90,000 base \+ 5-10% bonus

Location:

Hybrid - New York City (3x per week)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Blueprint: Gather and analyze deep business requirements to build seamless project timelines and account plans.
  • Unite Cross-Functional Teams: Rally resources across Engineering, Product, and Sales Operations to ensure top-tier, on-time project delivery.
  • Manage Logistics: Collect critical master data, asset details, and technical specifications, guiding clients through platform configuration and QA testing.
  • Keep Momentum: Run efficient meetings, document clear action items, and keep projects strictly within scope and budget.

Customer Success

  • Be the Internal Advocate: Serve as the strategic voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Monitor \& Report: Track rollout performance, build out data deliverables, and keep internal stakeholders (Sales \& CS) aligned.
  • Support \& Enable: Create documentation, tutorials, and workflows to help clients maximize platform value, while troubleshooting any hurdles swiftly.

Experience

  • Experienced: You bring 2-4 years of project management experience, ideally within a software or hardware environment.
  • A Master Communicator: You possess top-tier verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas succinctly over email or phone.
  • Detail-Obsessed \& Agile: You thrive under tight deadlines, can seamlessly pivot between multiple high-priority projects, and love a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Learner: You don’t just execute tasks—you want to master the product, understand the business process, and actively streamline workflows.

Pluses

  • A background in technical roles, supply chain, or traceability software.
  • Familiarity with HTML or graphic tools (like Photoshop).
  • Experience utilizing HubSpot CRM and the MS Office Suite.
