Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Assoc (Spanish and English Required)

You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their insurance needs and assessing cross-selling opportunities with our existing clients.

Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative sales calls for pre-qualified leads.
• Articulate the value proposition of our insurance products clearly and persuasively.
• Actively listen to client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Address and overcome customer objections with confidence and expertise.
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall success.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Cross-sell other insurance products to current clients
• Explain features and benefits of Insurance
• Conduct yourself professionally and ethically both inside and outside the office
• Meet company goals and expectations
• Bilingual Customer Service Requirements:
• Spanish and English speaking
• Minimum 1 year prior sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background check required
• Experience in inside sales strongly desired

We offer a unique compensation program designed to reward individual effort and team performance, which we feel is at the core of our long term success. Compensation is comprised of a base salary, commission, plus a monthly team bonus, based on monthly team goals.

Compensation:

$65,000-$100,000
