The Aquatic Care Coordinator (ACC) is an administrative support position that works closely with the Director of Aquatics to support the growth and operations of the aquatics program. The ACC will maintain the same duties as a Patient Care Coordinator with a focus on maintaining the aquatic schedules.
Please note - this role is a full-time, immediate need.
What You'll Do:
- Retrieves daily messages from the answering machine, updating appropriate schedules to reflect changes
- Running copay collection reports daily for aquatic visits companywide
- Assists the Director of Aquatics in the coordination and management of pool vendors
- Manage contracts and invoices for outside pool venues, and work with the accounting department to ensure proper payments are made
- Work with the Director of Aquatics to monitor the inventory and ordering of pool supplies
- Ensure patients with aquatic visits have the proper insurance authorization, follow their visit frequency in accordance with their plan of care and are scheduled for the appropriate appointment types
- Oversee the independent pool program with regards to member attendance and ensuring the collection of monthly payments
- Assist the Director of Aquatics with business development initiatives to support the growth of the aquatics program
- Other duties related to the aquatic program assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to three years of related experience and/or training is required
- Associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field of study is preferred
Compensation Package:
- Starting at $18/hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
