How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.
• Design and implement patient-centered, effective treatment plans using appropriate modalities.
• Assess the patient's ability to safely perform independent living skills.
• Document patient progress, monitor, and modify the plan of care as necessary.
• Schedule is 36 hours a week. Tuesday or Friday will be late day with the remaining days being flexible. Weekend and holiday requirement.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1-year acute care experience.
