Job Role:

HR Generalist

Location:

Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer roll-out)
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics

2\. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary issues professionally
  • Promote a positive workplace culture

3\. HR Operations \& Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Update HR policies and ensure proper implementation
  • Handle employment contracts, letters, and documentation

4\. Payroll \& Compensation Support

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement

5\. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Track employee performance and development plans
  • Assist managers with feedback and evaluation systems

6\. Compliance \& Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain statutory records and HR audits
  • Stay updated on HR legal regulations

7\. Training \& Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs
  • Support employee learning initiatives
  • Track training effectiveness

Skills \& Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
