Job Overview

As a Regional Operations Manager at Heytea, you will be responsible for overseeing and

managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. This role focuses on

ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining Heytea’s brand

standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen,

and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities：

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the overall operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to optimize store performance.
• Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and food quality regulations.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to build a high-performing team.
• Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and results-driven work culture.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage budgets for each store, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Customer Experience

• Uphold Heytea’s commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all stores.
• Monitor customer feedback and proactively address concerns.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and market expansion.
