The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Responsible for providing superior Customer Service and will make an impact by handling varied transactions (customer order entry, and follow-ups). This role requires weekend, but no evening shifts and boasts flexible start and end times between 8am-6pm.

As a Trilingual Order Data Entry Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices
• You will be supporting a rental, sales, and owned business model by entering various order types received via electronic formats to fulfil orders and ensuring our patients receive the therapy required to heal lives in a timely manner.
• Providing direct customer service and technical expertise to assist patients in troubleshooting products, assisting with product information, and other customer-centric solutions as needed
• Investigate customer complaints (e.g. backdating, missing shipments) and respond before escalating to management.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure commitments to customers are fulfilled and that customer expectations are met
• Providing effective communication to internal and external customers through the use of e-mail, fax, and phone.
• This role requires weekend, but no evening shifts and boasts flexible start and end times between 8am-6pm EST.
• Improve customer satisfaction by identifying patterns of problems or barriers and providing insight towards a solution.
• Participate in and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team
• Participate in special projects as required.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of experience in Order or Data Management positions

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Proficient in oral and written communication in English and French
• Availability to attend training Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) and then work regular shift Tuesday–Saturday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge on Salesforce, Oracle and SAP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively and proactively address issues before they escalate.
• Comfortable working in high‑volume, fast‑paced, and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong active listening skills, with a focus on understanding needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to compromise and the capability to provide leadership when needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Work location:

• Hybrid, Heredia, Costa Rica (You will be required to be at the office no less than once a week and as expected during trainings and meetings)
