We’re looking for a visionary Director of Product Development to lead innovation across a growing portfolio of fragrance and physical products. This role will own the full product development lifecycle, from concept and briefing through testing, commercialization, and launch. You’ll partner cross-functionally with labs, suppliers, regulatory teams, operations, and marketing to bring standout products to market with speed, quality, and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader with deep experience developing fragrance devices or plug-in fragrance products and the ability to turn consumer insights into compelling product experiences.

Responsibilities \& Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end product development across fragrance and physical product categories, from ideation through launch.
• Create product and fragrance briefs grounded in consumer insights, brand strategy, and market opportunity.
• Drive fragrance evaluation, selection, and product testing to ensure quality, stability, and performance.
• Oversee development of fragrance devices and plug-in fragrance products with a focus on safety, function, reliability, and cost.
• Manage cross-functional timelines, stage gates, risk assessment, documentation, and launch readiness.
• Partner closely with suppliers, formulation labs, regulatory experts, and internal stakeholders to execute efficiently.
• Mentor and lead product development team members while strengthening internal processes and workflows.
• Bring 10\+ years of experience in fragrance and/or consumer product development, including commercialization expertise.
• Must have direct experience developing fragrance devices, plug-in fragrance products, or related scent diffusion hardware.
• Offer strong leadership, organization, and project management skills in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
