Job Description
A leading services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Executive Compensation Analyst to lead the design, development and delivery of executive reward frameworks that help attract, retain and incentivise senior talent across the business.
This is a high-impact role working closely with executive stakeholders, supporting complex compensation arrangements, global mobility activity and strategic reward initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring executive reward programmes are competitive, compliant and operationally effective.
You'll join a well-established People function but with significant ownership and exposure from day one. The role would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is comfortable navigating a large, matrixed organisation.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Advise senior leaders and Chief People Officers on executive recruitment, internal moves, retention strategies and exits
- Manage the full executive employee lifecycle, including compensation proposals, offers, agreements and separation arrangements
- Design and deliver competitive reward packages, including equity plans, cash incentives and complex buyout valuations
- Lead Executive Pay activity across annual compensation cycles, incentive plans and executive reward governance
- Partner with legal, tax and external providers to manage executive compensation, global mobility and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and management of share plans and third-party vendors
The successful individual will likely bring:
- Proven experience within Reward Management, Executive Pay and Global Mobility
- Strong background designing and implementing bespoke reward solutions across base salary, variable pay, annual incentives, long-term incentives and benefits
- Experienced in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market analysis and reward governance
- Demonstrated experience administering complex reward arrangements and implementing reward policies and procedures
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability
This is a permanent contract with hybrid working and excellent exposure across a globally recognised business. It offers the opportunity to step into a visible role with strong leadership interaction, meaningful project work, and genuine ownership.
