Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business / Data Analyst with strong expertise in the

Eagle investment

platform to support investment data management, portfolio accounting, and reporting functions within an asset management environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and investment operations to analyze requirements, manage investment data, and support Eagle system implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements related to investment data, portfolio accounting, and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support implementation and configuration of

Eagle modules such as Eagle PACE, Eagle STAR, and Eagle

RDC.

• Manage and analyze investment data including security master, pricing data, and portfolio holdings.
• Coordinate with development and data engineering teams for data integration, ETL processes, and system enhancements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple investment systems.
• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and system improvements related to Eagle platforms.
• Collaborate with investment operations teams to improve data workflows and operational efficiency.
• Create documentation including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with

Eagle Investment Systems including Eagle PACE, Eagle STAR, or Eagle RDC.

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within asset management, investment management, or capital markets.
• Understanding of portfolio accounting, security master data, and investment data management.
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience working with ETL processes and data integration.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
