About the Role

As WelcomeHome’s Senior AI Product Manager, you will define and drive how AI creates value across our products.

This role will report to WelcomeHome’s VP of Product and own our AI roadmap, identifying the highest-impact opportunities, and ensuring we are investing in solving the right problems for our customers. You’ll operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder; owning the broader vision, while ensuring that the products we deliver are dependable, credible, and high-impact.

You will lead every stage of the product journey for incorporating AI into our offerings, including: crafting the initial problem statements, prioritizing the highest impact opportunities, working with customers to shape the initial MVP, measuring its impact, and scaling up into a seamlessly integrated part of the WelcomeHome CRM experience.

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel required to co-locate with product and development teams (most often at our Atlanta HQ).

The Responsibilities:

Define AI product strategy \& priorities

• Identify where AI meaningfully differentiates our products, translating technical capabilities into clear business impact
• Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities across the product portfolio
• Make clear recommendations on where to invest, and where not to
• Align leadership on product related AI opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks
• Appropriately identify risks related to accuracy, bias, and user trust
• Push back when ideas are unlikely to deliver value

Establish how we build AI products and features

• Create data-driven frameworks for evaluating AI outputs and performance for both net new features as well as maintenance for existing products
• Define and uphold acceptable quality thresholds and guardrails (including quantitative accuracy and precision requirements)
• Introduce lightweight processes for experimentation, iteration, and improvement
• Help the product team develop a consistent approach to AI feature development

Lead 0 to 1 product initiatives

• Turn ambiguous ideas and problems into clear, testable opportunities
• Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using AI tools (LLMs, APIs, no/low-code)
• De-risk solutions before involving engineering

Drive efficient, high-impact delivery

• Define lean, high-value MVPs with clear success criteria
• Partner with engineering to ship solutions that balance speed, quality, and scalability
• Make build vs. buy vs. partner decisions to minimize lift, working with WelcomeHome’s Compliance and Legal departments to ensure the appropriate technical, compliance, and safeguards are in place

A great candidate might have:

• 5\+ years of SaaS product management experience
• A deep background in statistics and/or computer science
• Proven experience shipping on AI-powered products or features
• Strong fluency in APIs, data analysis, and experimentation frameworks to drive product development and iteration
• Track record of owning ambiguous or uncharted product areas
• Strong understanding of how AI systems behave (including a natural skepticism surrounding AI’s limitations and necessary tradeoffs)
• A penchant for sweating the details
• Familiarity with prompt design, evaluation methods, or AI tooling ecosystems
