Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Employee Engagement \& Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and rewards \& recognition programs.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- HR Operations \& Administration
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, promotion letters, appraisal letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
- Social Media Management
- Create and manage content related to company culture, employee engagement activities, events, hiring campaigns, achievements, and organizational updates.
- Maintain the organization’s presence across relevant social and digital platforms.
- Track basic social media performance metrics.
