Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst (Airline Domain/ Baggage) - Offshore Location

Work from Home- 5 working days.

Qualifications \& Experience:-

• Own technical requirements documentation based on United standards. Lead requirement reviews, demos, follow-throughs.
• Create and own user stories. Work with EQE to ensure success criteria is met and story is done
• Collaborate with Business and Technical leads, as well as architects, to create process flows and technical documentation.
• Translate business requirements into Technical Specification
• Communicate with technical and business teams to understand and document cross functional impact
• Review any AI generated story and validate accuracy
• Assist with observability and automation efforts as well as monitoring capabilities across a Baggage platform.

Nice-to-Have Skillsets-

Familiar with technical jargon and understands Data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams - Own technical requirements documentation based on United standards.
