Role Description
This is a full-time, Marketing Manager role based in Atlanta, GA at The Battery. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that promote Havenn Homes’ communities, services, and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional advertising, coordinating content and creative assets, and overseeing social media and website presence. The role will also involve analyzing marketing performance data, managing budgets, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and coordinating events, community outreach, and promotional activities. The Marketing Manager will ensure consistent brand messaging and help drive qualified leads and overall brand awareness across the Southeast.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email marketing, SEO/GEO, online advertising)
- Demonstrated experience in marketing execution, client communication, campaign planning, and brand management
- Strong skills in content development, including creating marketing copy, coordinating visual assets, and working with designers or agencies.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as standard office and collaboration tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience within real estate, homebuilding, construction, sales, or a related industry is a plus.
