Job Description
HRIS Analyst

We are partnering with a global technology organization to appoint an HR Analyst to support core HR systems, reporting, and operational processes. This role will work closely with HR, payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure data accuracy, system optimization, and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support HR systems including ADP, Rival, and SAP SuccessFactors
- Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reporting to support business decision-making
- Assist with data audits, validation, and data integrity across HR platforms
- Support performance management and end-of-year HR processes
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to resolve system and data issues
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation of HR workflows
- Assist with system testing, enhancements, and implementation activities
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst or HRIS support role
- Hands-on experience with ADP required
- Exposure to Rival and SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams
