We are expanding our community-based recruiter network and are looking for well-connected individuals who can introduce this opportunity to women in their local communities.

Role Overview

This is a flexible, part-time, community-based role.

Your main responsibility is simple:

Connect with women in your community and introduce them to the opportunity of becoming a surrogate.

Our internal team will handle all screening, onboarding, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within your local community
• Connect with women (friends, moms groups, churches, social circles, etc.)
• Share information about surrogacy opportunities
• Refer interested candidates to our team
• Maintain light follow-up and communication

Compensation

We offer a base pay \+ high performance-based earnings structure.

• Flexible part-time base compensation
