SUMMARY

Occupational Therapist evaluates and develops an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) to meet the specific needs of students who qualify for occupational therapy services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for Occupational Therapist

• Arizona Occupational Therapy License
• Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Verbal \& Written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instruction
• Must release Social Security Number to be eligible for AHCCCS-Provider ID Number

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
• Valid Driver’s License.
• MVReport - showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.

COMMENTS:

• Salary Range $64,557\.66 to $74,466\.54
• Effective: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
• Location: Exceptional Education Department - District Wide - Sites May Vary
• FTE: Multiple Positions - Hours Vary
• Work Calendar: 9\.5 month
• Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
