We optimize HVAC systems in real time, delivering measurable, auditable energy savings across hotels, retail, offices, and shopping centers. The platform is live in 26 countries and we are scaling towards 10,000\+ buildings.

Who you are

You like owning problems end-to-end. You're comfortable in an environment where the infrastructure is real hardware, not just cloud abstractions, and you'd rather instrument a system properly than firefight repeatedly. You communicate clearly with engineers, ask good questions, and push back when something doesn't make sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and improving bare-metal and VM infrastructure across multiple physical sites
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI to keep releases smooth and frequent
• Supporting and evolving the infrastructure behind our AI/ML workloads (model deployment, data pipelines)
• Monitoring system health with Grafana and acting on what you find — not just dashboards, but root causes
• Automating operational toil with Python and shell scripting
• Working directly with backend and ML engineers on deployment, environments, and reliability

What we're looking for

Must-have

• 3\+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
• Strong Linux fundamentals and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised workloads
• Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines — ideally with GitLab CI
• Comfort with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• Basic Python scripting for automation
• Familiarity with Grafana or comparable monitoring tooling

Good to have

• Experience managing physical or on-premise infrastructure (not just cloud)
• Exposure to AI/ML deployment pipelines or data-heavy workloads
• Network and security knowledge in multi-site environments
• Experience working with Jira in an engineering team
